1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Kestrelia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may modify these terms at any time; material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
2. Description of service
Kestrelia is a SaaS flight price-monitoring service. We continuously scan third-party providers (Amadeus, Duffel, FlightAPI) and notify you when a flight matches your criteria. Kestrelia is not a travel agency: we do not sell tickets and do not act as a booking intermediary. All bookings happen on the carrier or OTA site of your choice.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, providing accurate information, and complying with carrier terms when booking from a Kestrelia alert. You agree not to use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or large-scale automated booking purposes without prior written agreement.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans (Premium, Pro) are billed via Stripe in USD or CAD depending on your region. All prices are shown including applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access remains active until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds except where required by law (e.g., Quebec consumer protection, EU 14-day right of withdrawal).
4a. Promotional Premium access (beta)
During the pre-launch, a free promotional Premium access may be granted when you create your account, for a limited period (3 months by default). This access is a commercial courtesy provided "as is", with no financial consideration, no commitment and revocable at any time, in particular upon the end of the pre-launch or in case of abuse. At the end of the period, the account automatically reverts to the free tier, with no automatic payment and no card required.
5. Limitation of liability
Kestrelia provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of prices displayed by our third-party providers, nor the success of any booking made from an alert. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the previous 12 months of subscription. This limit does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by law.
