Kestrelia is in pre-launch; the service will be operated by Kestrelia inc. once that company is incorporated.

3. Intellectual Property

The "Kestrelia" brand, the logo, texts, visuals, interface and code of the service are the exclusive property of the publisher, unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and flight data remain the property of their respective owners.
