What is Kestrelia?
Kestrelia is a SaaS platform for flight price alerts built for travelers with precise constraints. Where Going (deal newsletter) and Hopper (OTA + fintech) use 3 to 5 personalization criteria and broadcast the same deals to a million subscribers, Kestrelia monitors 31 criteria per user — multiple origins and destinations, exact budget, preferred airlines, alliances, cabin classes, baggage, layover durations, departure and return time windows, days of the week, confidence score — and sends an alert only when a price matches that user’s exact configuration. The platform is operated by NOKARIS Lab, an independent studio based in Gatineau, Québec (Canada), and entirely hosted in Canada (compliant with Quebec’s Loi 25, Canada’s federal PIPEDA, and EU GDPR). Open beta in 2026; public launch Q4 2026 in Quebec.
